[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Tested Vaporizer instrumentation

Hello Ruben, 

Brian and I tested the following instrumentation: 

- solenoid valve SV8678DV 
- solenoid valve SV8678CR 
-Temperature sensor TP8675 

Wiring, PLC logic and EPICS readouts were tested and verified . No observation during the test for the mentioned instrumentation, everything worked as we expected. 
Detailed information about the test can be found in the ' Instrumentation TEST PLC- EPICS PLAN_v8_July 26th 2017' spreadsheet. 

To complete with the test for the instrumentation on the vaporizer panel we still need to test valve SV8675BY (Pneumatic valve now), but 120V AC power will be required.
