[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Solenoid Controls_Final_Wiring check-out

Pablo,

They aren’t working because the tag names don’t match.  Why were they changed from:

CryoCon_Reset_PB
CryoCon_WatchDog

Since they are coming from the Solenoid PLC, they shouldn’t need “Sol_”, right?
