[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Solenoid Status Report

This is an excellent summary - thank you very much for pulling it together. 

And thank you to all the DSG team members for contributing and helping out - it is very much appreciated. 

As Pablo's report states, the present (tentative) date for the Solenoid delivery to JLab is May 09th. We are working with the vendor to improve on the schedule. We are also working to see what we can do at JLab to double up (and perhaps even triple-up) on sub-teams to enable us to work long days, second and third shifts and weekends to try and claw back as much time as possible. These plans are still in a state of flux but we hope to firm them up by early next week. 

As soon as I know more, I shall of course let all the sub-teams know. 

Thank you all once again for your support - there are challenging times ahead of us - in more ways than we'd like!
