Hello Ruben,
My answers are in green:
1. When you say the document is completed, does this mean that you have uploaded it to the repository and that the checker and approver have signed it off?
If you are not clear how to upload the document, please contact either Terrie Fuell or Bridget Paul.
No, the documents were not uploaded to the repository, and I don’t know if the checker and approver signed it. I just sent the draft versions that I completed to Renuka through the “dsg-magnets mailing list”.
2. Where are you storing the native WORD documents?
I cannot find them in either:
M:\hallb_eng\CLAS12\Magnets\Solenoid\ERR Sol Cooldown and Power-Up\ERR Cooldown Solenoid\Native Documents
Or M:\hallb_eng\Documents\Native Document Folders
I put a copy of the documents that I sent, in the directories that you pointed above.
3. B00000000901-P011 Hall B Solenoid System Cryogenics, Pre-Cooldown Checkout Procedure
I cannot find this document and this document number has already been taken out for the Torus document, stored in:
M:\hallb_eng\Documents\Native Document Folders\B000000901-P011 Hall B Cryogenics, Pre-Cooldown Instrument Checkout Procedure
I just checked the name and number of the document and they are the same; I took these names and numbers from the Solenoid lists ( Structure for Cooldown and Structure for Power-Up ) generated by George Biallas on December 19th, 2016. (See attached lists)
Maybe the number and name should be changed to avoid confusions between Torus and Solenoid Documentation.
Find the Draft version of this document on:
M:\hallb_eng\CLAS12\Magnets\Solenoid\ERR Sol Cooldown and Power-Up\ERR Cooldown Solenoid\Native Documents
4. Similarly for B00000402-S001 Hall B Magnet and Cryogenic Control
Find the Draft version of this document on:
M:\hallb_eng\CLAS12\Magnets\Solenoid\ERR Sol Cooldown and Power-Up\ERR Cooldown Solenoid\Native Documents
Best Regards,
Pablo
