[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall B Solenoid - Additional TP for new relief valve

Hello,

A new PT100 sensor is being added for TP8675.  The numbers for it are 
101 and 102.  There aren't any more PT100 sensor blocks left so plan 
on making more blocks if needed.
