Hi Tyler,
Thank you for continuing to monitor this situation.
I agree with your suggestion to continue monitoring to obtain more data before closing the investigation.
Regards
Ruben

Subject: [Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus Cernox jumped to 325 K and recovered
Hello,
This morning, I noted that a Cernox had jumped to 325 K and automatically recovered. All Cernoxes are reading a normal temperature value now.
>From the LabVIEW latching indicators, the Cernox TR817D3HB1 in LV Chassis 3 was the sensor that jumped to 325 K. However, I cannot find in MyaViewer where that Cernox or any Cernox read 325 K recently.
Since there is only Brian's subVI that targets a fixed voltage for Cernox excitations, it seems that just using a fixed target voltage allows a Cernox to automatically recover if it jumps to 325 K.
Despite the fixed voltage allowing the Cernox to recover, it might be a good idea to continue monitoring the Cernoxes to observe another instance of a Cernox automatically recovering that is recorded in MyaViewer before closing the 325 K error investigation.
Best regards,
Tyler
