[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Check Load cell in cRIO

The cable swap was was just a test, it has been moved back. Pablo reported that one of the VI's was not an executable so I just wanted it checked.  It has not been reading since mid October so not likely.  Really to look at the VI and see what that channel is reporting.

Did the LabVIEW code already get changed after the LC was moved to a different channel?

The read/write addresses need to get changed to the corresponding connector.
