[Dsg-hallb_magnets] New signal needed

Hello Dave, 

Signal DP8670MAGDP and cascade PID for electric valve ' EV8670BY_Min' were added on the PLC code. 
Also modified PLC code to add DP8670MAGDP signal to be use as an input parameter on the valve controls. 
All changes in the code were made on line. 

Actual value for differential of pressure DP8670MAGDP ~ 0.052 [atma].

PLC TAG 	Data type 	Description 
DP8670MAGDP 	Real 	PT8670 -PT8571 
EV8670BY_Min 	cPID_Record (PLC User defined) 	Cascade PID for EV8670BY valve

I'd like to have a signal 
DP8670MAGDP = PT8670-PT8571 
And I'd like to use this in the SST valve controls. 
AND we need to get the new PID stuff instituted for EV8612 

AND I'd like a cascade PID on EV8670BY_Min
