[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Oscilloscopes connected to Solenoid QD2

Two oscilloscopes were connected to Solenoid QD #2 using differential probes for diagnostic testing.

Oscilloscope #1 is measuring voltage at QD #2, Ch 7 with a 830 mV trigger level (top scope in attached picture). Oscilloscope #2 is measuring voltage at QD #2 Ch. 8 with a 740 mV trigger level (bottom scope in attached picture).

Attached is also a picture of the connections of the probes at the QD board.

Oscilloscope #1 has an ethernet connection, allowing it to be accessed remotely. Its IP is 129.57.96.41 with hostname hb-oscope.jlab.org. If its IP address or hostname are typed into a web browser on a Hall B subnet PC, the scope's web interface can be accessed. 

To monitor Oscilloscope #2, a webcam (hostname hallbcam09.jlab.org) was set up. The camera's web interface can be reached by typing its hostname into a web browser on a Hall B subnet PC.
