[Dsg-hallb_magnets] 9068 cRIOs

Hi Brian, 

Both 9068 cRIOs were surveyed today and I have both cRIO's at my desk in EEL 121c. 

I connected the cRIOs to a bench-top power supply and like the other times the cRIOs failed, both cRIOs now powered on fine and started running their start-up applications.
