[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall C PC using Hall B License

Hi Nick, 

I was using inadvertently the two PLC licenses from my "DSG-Hallc-2" PC and "DSGPLC1" PC; I was checking PLC code for Hall B - Solenoid. 

I just closed the PLC software in the two mentioned computers, so now you should able to use them with no problem.

I need to log into Hall B PLC and cannot as a DSG/Hall C pc is using (2) Hall B Licenses. 

Does hall C not have their own licenses? This cannot happen in the middle of the night...
