During last night's Torus problem's discovered we were unable to remotely go online with the PLC. The last file we had was from 10/24/18, that was presumably the last time somebody had 'been online'. This morning I was unsuccessful while locally logged in to clas12magpc, and also Pablo was unsuccessful from one of DSG's PCs. Also I tried my laptop locally. All showed same error. I confirmed that I could still go online with DBX and Solenoid
Here is the fault:
"Failed to go online with the controller. Invalid value in object specific data parameter of a service request."
Error 701-800429B7
Some quick research showed this error can come about with version 20/21 but we are running ver 27.11. For these cases a fix was to download to the controller. As we have (2) days down time I tried to download to the controller and could not. Even placing the key in the program mode did not allow me to download to it. Trying with local USB cable also did not work. Same error each time.
Eventually I turned off the main chassis power and after the system passed its power on self tests, and clearing the MAJOR fault(from power down) I was able to download the 10/24/18 .ACD file while key was in program mode. Seems to have recovered fine, I attached all PID settings in case a change was made from the last time we uploaded to the .ACD file(from 10/24 to 12/10). Nothing sticks out to me there.
All (3) updated .ACD files from today have been posted to github. I had to clear the PLC comms interlocks and cryocon interlocks to finalize the recovery after placing key back in rem/run.
