[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Studio 5000 v27 compatibility issues with Windows 10

Hello, 

For information, DSG has been trying to install Studio 5000 v27 for Hall B Magnet support tasks on two new laptops running Windows 10 and we have found that there are compatibility issues with Studio5000 v27 and Windows 10. 

Has anyone found a work-around for the compatibility issues or gotten Studio 5000 v27 to work on a Windows 10 machine?
