After I had completed my testing last week some not in use equipment was valved off the LCW loops.  

Today we rechecked for another baseline.  Internal flow circuits 1-3 improved by approx 10%, circuits 4-5 unaffected 

We also performed two supply valve throttle tests:

1) With the MPS valve throttled to 95PSI inlet pressure FSW1&3 were tripping(transistor banks)

2) We repeated the throttle test to go through all (5) internal flow interlocks:

FSW1 tripped at      ~97PSI transistor bank
FSW3 tripped at      ~95PSI transistor bank
FSW2 tripped at      ~60PSI Rect/thyristor
FSW2&4 tripped at ~42 PSI transformer/transformer

The actual trip thresholds for each circuit were adjusted and confirmed:

FSW1 256 divide by ratio, approx 42l/min trip point*
FSW2 64 divide by ratio, approx 4.6l/min trip point**
FSW3 256 divide by ratio, approx 35.5l/min trip point*
FSW4 1 divide by ratio, approx .35l/min trip point
FSW5 1 divide by ratio, approx .32l/min trip point***

*returned to original settings as found 11/6/2018
**did not trip as installed, even with valve full closed
***circuits 4&5 we had no control over the valve settings(due to the low flow settings)  need a finer adjustment to get true trip threshold. valve closed test result
