[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Torus FastDAQ cRIO Replaced

The cRIO used for the Torus FastDAQ has been replaced.

The previous one was the spare 9067, it is now running on a 9045.

There were no code changes other than changing the model number in the LabVIEW project file and recompiling. Will need to update the MAC address in CC networking, but since the cRIO is set to use a static IP this can happen later.
