Dear DSG,


Could you please plan to carry out the PLC check/SW checks on Monday (21st Jan 2019).

This is in line to prepare for the running the magnets on Tuesday afternoon if CRYO and Dave/Denny is happy.


Eugene -  We are tentatively panning to carry out the magnet sweep again on Tuesday afternoon in order to run the magnets (will keep you updated), unless any thing changes .

Sarin has confirmed that Onish and Jason will be able to do this work tomorrow (Friday 01/18) at about 10am and they should be completed by the afternoon. They will attempt to do all the work in the hall.


Please talk to them and Nick so all relevant checks can be carried out.


We can then do the remaining magnet system checks on Mon and Tues next week. Jim Coleman only needs the halls closed for 4 hours on Tuesday evening from 5pm so the halls will be open again on Wednesday morning if you need to continue with the check outs.
