[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Cryo-Con #1 FW Upgraded

This unit has been upgraded from 2.16 to 3.03 for the firmware version.

The upgrade needed to be done in 2 steps, once to 3.00/3.01 then to 3.03; the first upgrade took quite a while to complete >15 minutes, but the second was only a few minutes. The only configuration changes made to the unit were to set the NTP server address and disable the unused network services on the unit (both were set back to factory defaults after the upgrade) all other settings were carried over.

The temperature readout on the PLC & EPICS continued to update just fine during the upgrade process. The only downtime time was due to the reboots at the end of the upgrade process / the power cycles suggested by the manufacturer. Since the temperature value just stays at the last value read the only indication of a fault is the alarm for the comms; which was disabled for the upgrade but has since been re-enabled.
