[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Cryo-Con FW Upgraded

All the remaining Cryo-con units have been upgraded to 3.03

The DBox units took noticeably longer to complete than the others, but still finished successfully. Solenoid #2 and Torus #1 also took longer to complete.

Torus #1 we only manged to upgrade to 3.00 before it would fail upgrading. This was solved by swapping the SD card with one that already was upgraded to 3.03 and uploading the configuration previously used. Still waiting to hear back from the vendor on what went wrong.
