[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Cryo-con Hostnames Updated

Using the same IPs so no changes are needed elsewhere, i.e. the NBX modules.

This is mostly for doing interlock checkouts since using the webpage is much faster than the front panel.
The old hostnames weren't obvious at all where a unit was being used.

Old → New
hallb-cryocon-1 → hb-cryocon-dbx-2
hallb-cryocon-2 → hb-cryocon-tor-2
hallb-cryocon-3 → hb-cryocon-tor-1
hallb-cryocon-4 → hb-cryocon-tor-3
hallb-cryocon-5 → hb-cryocon-spare
hallb-cyrocon-6 → hb-cryocon-sol-2
hallb-cyrocon-7 → hb-cryocon-sol-3
hallb-cryocon-8 → hb-cryocon-dbx-1
hallb-cyrocon-9 → hb-cryocon-sol-1

The abbreviated names are due to the units only being able to set/save a hostname of 16 characters.
