Hi Ruben,

For the upcoming checkouts, is there already an hblist (Denny needs to review one before we can do work in the Hall) and is there a procedure for where people will be located down in the Hall?

I'm assuming there isn't any plans for anyone to be <6ft apart and the PPE it requires?

Good morning. Hope you guys are well and safe.
Please see the email from Ruben this morning..! I believe you have gone through/acquired the training required to be in the hall and back in lab.
Amrit Y is aware of  the requirements and was been under discussion earlier (almost >3 weeks back).

Please have a look into the system an I am planning to be at site from Monday 13th July.
Please feel free to call on or set up a Bluejeans meeting / team meeting earlier to see if we need any other things that needs to be addressed or required before you start magnet re-checks.

Hi Probir,

The tentative date for Physics experiment start is July 27th.

So you may want to get Tyler and Pablo (and Scot and Nick) prepped to start the magnet pre-checks on Monday July 13th - the usual two weeks before start.

Note that Scot and Nick will likely be busy with their own teams - so they are to be called upon only if absolutely necessary.

I will also be available if needed.
