[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Unable to do magnet checks, Torus not swapped to control power

Hi Amrit,

This is to inform you that Aaron and I are unable to complete any interlock checks for the Torus today since the control power has not been swapped from the Solenoid to the Torus.

Krister is in training until 2:30PM (he's needed to do the control power swap) and the hall closes today at 3:00PM.

The plan is to continue the checks tomorrow once control power has been swapped.
