Attached is the assessment from the Cryo group about the PLC code.

I think implementing their software option A seems like a reasonable thing to implement in the code, although as they noted the polarity switch is under the purview of the MPS controller. Basically if the current is above a small amount e.g. 5-10 A the PLC will ignore any value change of a different polarity. I'll work with Aaron to get that added.

Eugene has also suggested disabling the remote functionality completely and only switching polarity manually.
