Eugene had a question about what the B_TORUS:MPS:FlagHeater_OutRange PV corresponded to due to it being in an error state.
It is the OR of TP8121A and TP8121B being between 225 and 350, since TP8121B has been hovering around the lower 225 limit this was why the alarm tripped off (only in EPICS).
When trying to confirm the logic to this I found that I could not go online with the torus PLC, both the solenoid and DBox connect just fine from the same computer. See attached screenshot of the error.
After going to the Hall to see if there was anything amiss with the PLC I found that the computer on the cart next to the magnet racks has a failed/missing hard drive and no longer boots, picture attached.
The remote display on SFL3 for the torus also has an error message on it (again, picture attached), which I've left alone.
The torus PLC itself shows no signs of errors/faults: no messages on the displays, no error LEDs lit and all the OK LEDS are on.
Since the PLC is still running (if it stops running the hardware heartbeat relay will trip and fast dump the magnet) and we also have updating values to EPICS it was decided to leave everything as-is until a longer access is available. If the code needs to be downloaded to the torus PLC this will stop and reset all the PIDs for cryo which we don't want to do right now.
