[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Torus PLC & Controls (clas12magnetpc desktop)

Broken desktop clas12magnetpc was taken from the hall. Hard drive was replaced, and desktop was brought to computer center for windows os installation. After some struggle, windows 11 was installed. Today, desktop was returned back to the hall (cart on space frame level2), connected to networks, and looks alive.
