It appears that the DP8620VCLDP variable shares the same problem. 
That signal is used in the return PID and is stuck at .25 atm. This is causing pressure problems that are tripping 
the magnet on VCL flow. I cannot ramp the solenoid as it continues to fluctuate and trip.
