[Dsg-mvt] Update on MVT gas system

Dear George and Bob,
We are going to purchase rather expensive plane tickets in 2 days for many
people. If gas is not available when we start installation in JLab (May
29th), we may delay this trip.
It would be helpful to be sure that we will be able to flow gas at the end
of May, in the EEL building, within the next couple of days. Again, we need
to plan these trips in advance as you can imagine.
Thank you for your help !
Best,
Franck
