[Dsg-mvt] MVT gas mixing and supply system

Dear all

Before our meeting tomorrow I would like to confirm that the study, of gas mixing and supply system, made by George is exactly what is needed to feed safely our gaseous detectors for years.

For the cost of such installation I have done the calculation for CEA of the difference of pre-mix bottle and mixing unit.
For a 45l/h experiment the cost is ~17 €/day for mixed gas at home and ~ 272 €/day for pre-mixed bottle.
Knowing our detector will run for years the mixing unit is definitely what we need.
