[Dsg-mvt] MVT gas mixing system P&I and list of components

Hi Stepan, 

George explained what you were describing to us in the weekly DSG status meeting. George says the full system will be purchased, but maybe not all in the beginning. This is the minimum needed to get the MVT gas controls system working.

Marc, 

Last Friday at the Hall-B TCB meeting we came to the conclusion that we have to go with the full design, not just "lite". 
What changed since then.

The isobutane, C4H10, is supplied as a low pressure cylinder containing 116 lbs of liquid. I have attached the PT curve for isobutane. 

The CF4 is supplied as a high pressure cylinder, containing 70 lbs of liquid. According to the vendor catalog, cylinder pressure is 1800 psi, but the vapor pressure is listed as 2000 psi.
