[Dsg-mvt] Assembling MVT close to the door to the clean room

Dear all,

After discussing with Walt, we have decided to assemble the MVT next to 
the door to the clean room. Indeed it decreases significantly the 
distance to go to the clean room once the MVT will be assembled with all 
the cables,... and consequently it reduces the risk to break something 
when moving the detector.

It will unfortunately block the access to the clean room from room 125. 
But the MVT will move in the clean room no later than monday evening in 
the worst case scenario.
