In conversations with David Anderson he also recommended having the
following available:

 

Isopropyl alcohol

WEST System G/flex 655 epoxy

DAP 100% Silicone RTV

 

The epoxy was shipped to Jlab and has arrived. The other items will be
sourced locally.

 

We will complete our reservations today.

Hi Kevin,

I have reviewed your tasks, since no electronics are being installed this
will be covered under the current safety documentation. We have a Master
Rigger on the DSG staff to oversee any gantry crane lifts. Please inform us
of any other materials or chemicals you will need or are planning to bring.

I was notified last Friday that all the parts for the Exit Window assembly
have finally arrived at Jlab. There was one order that got lost at the
factory and was the late arrival. We are in process of making travel plans
to arrive 5/15 at Jlab. We believe that the exit window work can be
completed within a week's time. Based on my outline, did you have any
questions regarding the work we plan to do?
