[Dsg-mvt] MVT Testing in EEL 125

Hi Marc,

We will indeed need gas supply in the room 125. First we will need pure 
argon to run leak test ,ideally, as soon as we get the micromegas out of 
the box. Then, while we add the tiles, we will need to make sure they 
are well connected by taking quick cosmic runs so we will need premix 
gas in the eel. Indeed You want to find out if there is a problem with a 
tile before adding the layer on top of it.

Once everything will be assembled and work well, we will move to clean 
room for SVT integration and take cosmics.
