[Dsg-mvt] Meeting minutes- EEL 125 layout with RICH and MVT components + gas system

Hello,

So after discussing with all the team at Saclay, it will be more 
convenient to assemble MVT in room 125. If we follow Tyler's layout, we 
would then assemble the MVT in the corner where we will have our wooden 
boxes.

For the gas system, we will run all the tests in the clean room. 
Consequently, for friday 26th, we will need a bottle of pure argon in 
the clean room and a few tables so that we can put the tiles on it and 
test leaks the very first day we will start unpacking.

For cosmics data, we will take it in the clean room as soon as the MVT 
is assembled. Do you agree with this plan?
