[Dsg-mvt] MVT with premix in hall B

Hi Stephan,

Pablo and I terminated the cables that Hall B Mechanical ran this week (a few more need labels, but that's a minor issue).

We've started getting ready to deploy the software part, but I had a few questions regarding the functionality.

The plan was to get the flow from EPICS and match it with the cRIO (these appear to already exist).

Mix 1 (3 gas mixture) = B_DET_FMT_GAS_INFLOW_SET + B_DET_FTT_GAS_INFLOW_SET
Mix 2 (2 gas mixture) = B_DET_BMT_GAS_INFLOW_SET

I see there are already start/stop buttons on the CSS screen, but is there a PV that indicates what the status on the PLC is? The idea being if flow is stopped on the PLC we should stop the mix flow as well; or does the PVs referenced above go to 0 when the flow is stopped?
