Since we seem to have a mis-match of part numbers between what was called for in the drawing vs George's BOM vs what was actually ordered here's my best guess based on what we have in hand and the flow rates from George's slides. 

3x 2000 sccm 
3x 1000 sccm 
2x 500 sccm 

One of each of those is a spare. 

2x of the 2000 sccm are for the Ar 
2x of the 1000 sccm are for the C4H10 
1x of the 500 sccm is for the CF4 

Using the labels from B00000-01-03-0100 (sheet 3) and the actual part numbers ordered gives the following: 

AR-01 & AR-02 = GE50A013203SBV020 
C4H10-01 & C4H10-02 = GE50A013103SBV020 
CF4-01 = GE50A013502SBV020 

George should be in later today if you want to wait for him to confirm.
