[Dsg-mvt] Key Access to the EEL gas cage

Hi Maxime and Guillaume,

I just spoke with John Riesbeck from Facilities Management. Please 
contact him today directly via email to get access to the Keywatcher 
system, this is a lock box in the EEL which has the key to the gas cage. 
He can meet with you in the morning to show you how the system works. 
John will need some information from you, including your username and 
you will have to select a 7 digit code to use with the system.
