[Dsg-mvt] premix supply in the Hall

Dear George,

I understood that you would need 3-4 days to build this premix supply. I 
understood Matt will need 1-1.5 weeks to approve the system.

But do we have all components in stock to build it? If not, How much 
time would it take to have them? And how much?
