[Dsg-mvt] Mixing system

Hi Maxime,

I spoke with George and he said he replied to your email from Wednesday, 
suggesting that you talk with Bob Miller who is the MVT pressure systems 
owner and Matt Marchlik (pressure systems DA).

As for the premix, George wrote a requisition (370827) for it in June, 
which was not signed. You may want to speak with Volker or Stepan about 
the status of the premix.

You should also inquire about an OSP for the MVT in the Hall, Bob would 
probably know the status.
