[Dsg-mvt] MVT Mixing

Hi Brian,

It is intentional. We want to resume as quick as possible production. 
Adding the CF4 changes dramatically the behaviour of the detector and it 
would take time to find the appropriate HV settings. With 90-10 mixture, 
we are close to premix so we should be very close to the optimal HV 
settings.

Moreover FTT has been connected to the line with CF4 but it was supposed 
to use the 90-10 mixture like the barrel and not the 80-10-10 of the FMT.

We will wait for Fall and to have the FTT connected to the BMT line to 
use the CF4.
