[Dsg-mvt] Micromegas off until gas delivery

Dear all,

We are still waiting for the delivery of 20 premix bottles. 
Unfortunately, there is only 2 bottles left in addition to the one we 
start using at noon today. It represents approximately 7 days of supply. 
We are waiting for any news from the company for the 20 bottles, but 
Marc expects the delivery in two weeks than early next week.

After discussing with Saclay, we have decided to stop all micromegas 
detectors (FMT-FTT-BMT) and to save the gas for the 5-pass RG-A data. 
Nevertheless, if we hear any good news for the delivery on monday or 
tuesday from the gas company, we will obviously take part to the 3-pass 
studies.

If you have any question, we can discuss it in more details tomorrow at 
the RC meeting.
