[Dsg-mvt] [New Logentry] Isobutane condensing in pipe between C4H10 bottle and MFCs

This morning, we found that isobutane was condensing in the pipe with a heat tape at 15%. 
We increased it at 35%. Tonight we checked again and it was still condensing. 
We did not increase the heat tape duty cycle since we could smell some burnt plastic.
We will wait for bob and todd to work on it. 

We will run with premix for the time being.
