[Dsg-mvt] Start testing with isobutane?

Hi All,
We notice that the fiberglass tape (which secures the heat tape to the
plate) is scorched. I informed Bob and left the enclosure open, he says
they will look into it.
I am concerned about the way we are heating the MFCs. Currently, It is
a metal plate with heat tape. That heat tape is set to run 100% duty
cycle, with the plan being to control the outlet which powers it. If
this gets plugged up wrong (into the outlet which is always on), and the
heat tape is left on continuously... I am told that it (the heat tape)
will heat to 450 degrees F. The operating range for the MFC is 10C to 50C.
This should be monitored closely, we are on the spare for C4H10 and only
have a single spare for each of the other two gases. Maxime says he will
check with Bob, to ensure everything is set up correctly, prior to
running tests.
