Hello Kondo, Maxime, and Yuri, 

Please see the email below in green from Walt Akers. 

This evening, there will be an outage of the chilled water system that regulates the temperature and humidity in both EEL cleanrooms. The outage will last from 5:00PM tonight to3:00AM tomorrow June 5, 2018. 

For the outage, appropriate steps should be taken for GEM, MVT, and SVT items in the cleanrooms to ensure they are not damaged by the loss of temperature and humidity regulation.

Subject: Test Lab Power and EEL Chilled Water Outage 

All: 

Starting at 5:00 this evening (June 4th, 2018) there will be a 
scheduled power outage of the Test Lab. This outage will 
include our work spaces in the highbay, as well as the HD-Ice 
work area in the North Annex. 

This outage will also impact the chilled water systems in the 
basement of the Test Lab. These provide cooling and 
dehumidification for the EEL clean rooms. Any necessary 
protective measures should be taken before power goes out 
this evening. 

This outage should be completed by 3:00 AM on June 5th.

support to make your preparations.
