[Dsg-mvt] MVT mass flow controller set points

Hi Marc,

Everything is fine (Mixture ratio and flow).

But next time, please tell us before rebooting the cRIO so that we do 
not take any risk (HV was on and if something would not have been good 
with the gas for any reason, it would have been a disaster). I got a bit 
scared when I read your e mail :P
