[Dsg-mvt] MVT mass flow controller set points

Amrit,

I concur with this assessment. If there is a scheduled maintenance 
involving controlled gas supplies, DSG should be informed so that the 
appropriate measures can be applied prior to an outage. In addition to 
your MFC accounting I would like to add that there is only one spare 
cRIO for the gas system.

We will look into adding an alarm based on the value of the MFC 
initialization, this would provide an alert if the MFC software is 
stopped due to a communications failure between the cRIO and any of the 
associated MFCs.
