See referenced entry on what the MFC full scale flow values are set to, this also sets the minimum flow. Both the Ar and C4H10 MFCs are currently set to their lowest value.
Prior to testing all the Mix 1 MFCs were zeroed.
With the mixing setup we currently have (50% requested flow when decreasing the tank pressure) this means that lowest flow setpoint that the FMT can be set to is 3.13 L/hr (due to the Ar MFC). If that was removed the next limit would be 2.34 L/hr (from the CF4 and C4H10 MFCs).
