There are several ways to access the LabVIEW GUI if some of the expert functionality needs to be used.
The gas shed cRIO itself as you noted, but also the Windows computer in that room, plus the one in the counting house. Hall B Engineering has access, if Bob wants others' to have access that's fine as well.
As for any MFC spares, I can double-check, but I think all the smaller ones used for the MVT were handed over to Hall B once the system was installed.
