[Dsg-rich] Crates in EEL 125 area?

Hello Walt, 

We have noticed that since the week the R3 DCs moved, there has been crates and other equipment accumulating in the areas reserved for RICH equipment storage in EEL 125. Would you know who this extra material belongs to? We will need this space to store the RICH shipment expected at the start of January 2017.
