[Dsg-rich] Moving RICH rack in EEL125 into EEL124 cleanroom

Hello Walt, Bob, and Stepan, 

There is a rack in EEL125 labeled for PCAL with cables that are preventing the adjacent RICH rack from moving into the big cleanroom. Could we get Hall B Engineering's help to move the PCAL cabling so the RICH rack can be moved? Thank you in advance.
