Good Morning Valery, 

I have been looking over your OSP in order to provide Pressure Systems approval.

I have a few questions; 

There are 2 pressure systems, air and nitrogen. 

Are there associated JLAB pressure system numbers assigned to these systems? 
Who is the JLAB DA (Design Authority) for each of these systems? 

Are there associated personnel hazards with these systems? (nothing indicated on the THA form). 

Are there hazards associated with entering the enclosure with the air cooling system on? 

Is there an ODH hazard in the hall due to the nitrogen system? 

Are there detailed procedures for operating the nitrogen and air systems? 

Section 4.2 on the OSP procedure form states that the individuals approved for the operations are listed on the attached document. I do not see this list attached. 

In Section 4.4, is there equipment specific training required? Is pressure system awareness training (SAF130A) required for people operating the air and nitrogen systems? 

There are several "TBD"s for threshold values. Have these been determined?
