[Dsg-rich] RICH shipment crates 2 and 3 stored in EEL 125

Dear Walt, 

Yesterday, it was discussed that there would be four crates containing RICH assembly components arriving at JLab at the start of January 2017. Of those boxes, the two labeled "Box 2" and "Box 3" will be stored in EEL 125 in the space already reserved for RICH materials. The contents of these boxes are sensitive to humidity. The other two boxes can be stored in the ESB as discussed in yesterday's meeting.
